Return & Exchange Policy
We truly insist on providing high quality products, and to ensure our customers satisfaction. Therefore, we also acknowledge that there might be times that our customers need to exchange or refund the product bought at that point, and for this reason, if our customers decide to change their minds within 14 days from the purchase date, we are happy to exchange or return the product with the following Terms & Conditions apply:
• If the product is in a good condition attached with the receipt from that particular order’s along with the product packaging that it could be replaced in our showrooms. Otherwise, it can’t be exchanged or returned if there’s no sign of product damage upon purchase.
• Return & Exchange for electronic devices or smart watches are strictly prohibited upon opening it from the packaging or using it unless it had damage from the beginning while purchasing.
• *Apple electronic Devices are strictly prohibited upon opening it from the packaging or using it unless it had damage from the beginning while purchasing.
• Returning or exchanging the product while it’s on special promotion or sale is strictly prohibited.
• Refund through debit and credit cards requires not less than 30 working day based on the bank’s policies & 196 Telecom isn’t responsible for this delay.
• 196 Telecom has the right to refuse to return or exchange any product that does not meet the requirements of the exchange and return policy.
• Gifts, Discount Coupon are non-refundable.
Warranty Policy (T&C)
• Warranties differ from one another based on the policies set by certified distributors of the product inside or outside Bahrain.
• The warranty includes only manufacturing defects, and it will be suspended in the event of misuse of the product or non-compliance with the usage instructions in the product manual.
• The validity period of the warranty is specified in the purchase invoice for all products, and the customer has the right to refer to the invoice only during the validity period of the warranty.
• Charges will be made upon fixing of that particular product after the expiry of warranty.
• To benefit from warranty services, please bring the original purchase invoice to ensure the validity of the warranty period.

Procedures differ from one another based upon the agreement with the distributors inside & outside Bahrain:
• (1st Type) T&C for Certified Distributors:
Repair & exchange (under warranty) in certified distributors repair centres for products like (Phones, Computers, Smart Watches, Earphones/Headphones & Sport Watches). Therefore, 196 Telecom has no right to deliver these products to the distributors for repairing, exchanging or sending it to the repair centre’s, hence the customer should get back to them accordingly.
• (2nd Type) for 196 Telecom Showrooms:
Repair & exchange (under warranty) in 196 Telecom Showrooms is through the following instructions:
- If the, it shall be fixed directly, and if the product is out of stock in showroom. Customer has the right to exchange with different product with the same price value or wait until it becomes in stock.
- If the issue was manufacturing defects with no visibility & needs to be repaired, it will be received from the customer & will be taken under maintenance within 48 hours (Based on the product) from the date of receiving it upon providing receipt of proof which eventually reaches customer satisfaction & following amendments.
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to support@196bh.com . We will make every effort to accommodate your request.

However, once an order has been submitted cannot be cancelled or modified. Once you have received your online order, please refer to our return instructions included with your shipment. If you would like to purchase a different product, please contact our Call centre17297729,17290011,17257257.
